We offer FREE shipping in the United States.
Shipping Time:
Generally, our handling time is 3-5 business days(Monday to Friday), and our transit time is 7-5 business days(Monday to Friday).
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.
Delivery or Shipping Method:

Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please get in touch with the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
Force Majeure
If any act of God, acts of government, fire, unforeseeable severe weather or flood, or other unforeseeable causes beyond the reasonable control of Cherie Furniture delay the shipment or delivery of products under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the delivery date or time for completion may be extended as reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of such delay.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the customer's absent cooperation (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Bravado Jewelry) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.
Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website's Order Tracking page. You can also track your order through our website, the Track Your Order page, using the order number and email.
Change of Delivery Address:
We must keep the delivery address for your order the same once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please email us within two days of placing the order at Info@cheriefurniture.com.
Multiple Addresses:
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products delivered to different addresses.
Cancellation

Return and refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cherie Furniture. We take pride in providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition upon receipt. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Once the returned item is counted and inspected at our supplier warehouse, a credit or refund will be issued by Cherie Furniture. Returned items have a time limitation of 30 days from the original purchase, and the customer must pre-pay return shipping if the item was not factory defective. All returns must be made in the original packaging, like-new condition.

Damaged Orders
Cherie Furniture is not liable for lost or damaged products after the shipping carrier places the order. *In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product that has been damaged in transit, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement or, in some situations, a repair (broken couch leg, missing button, etc.).
If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please don't hesitate to let us know the shipping company. We will send a replacement within 10-14 business days if the item is readily available. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to Info@cheriefurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Claims
A claim must be filed with customer service within 48 hours of receipt, notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise. Cherie Furniture will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods (provided the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge. The Returns clause applies if a return is desired instead of a replacement.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
