SHIPPING POLICY
This shipping policy is for Cherie Furniture and was last updated on April 4, 2024.
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (7–14 business days):
International Shipping:
All international orders must contact customer service for any questions prior to ordering.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. Info@cheriefurniture.com
4. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition upon receipt. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Once the returned item is counted and inspected at our supplier warehouse, a credit or refund will be issued by Cherie Furniture. Returned items have a time limitation of 30 days from the original purchase, and return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer if the item was not factory defective. All returns must be made in the original packaging in the original like-new condition.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Cherie Furniture is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. *In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement or in some situations, a repair (broken couch leg, missing button etc..).
If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please don't hesitate to let us know the shipping company. If the item is readily available, we will send a replacement item within 10-14 business days. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to Info@cheriefurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
8. CLAIMS A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Cherie Furniture will repair or replace damaged or defective goods (provided the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of a replacement, the Returns clause applies
9. Force Majeure: If any act of God, acts of government, fire, unforeseeable severe weather or flood, or other unforeseeable causes beyond the reasonable control of Cherie Furniture delay the shipment or delivery of products pursuant to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the delivery date or time for completion may be extended as reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of such delay.

Cherie Furniture is pleased to offer free shipping to all residents of Florida. For customers residing outside of Florida, shipping costs may vary based on the location and shipping method selected.
Free Shipping in Florida:
- Residents of Florida can enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders placed with Cherie Furniture. Whether you're furnishing a cozy nook in Miami or redecorating a beachfront condo in Tampa, we'll deliver your items to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs for Other States:
- For customers outside of Florida, shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Our website will provide shipping cost estimates based on your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
